Tristan Benzing studied business administration at Saarland University. He knows companies from his own experience, in administration and in operations, from a tax advisory firm to a global corporation.
AI is part of his everyday work. He uses it in many different ways and combines it with his understanding of business processes.

Izzettin Algan
Head of Technology
Izzettin Algan studies computer science at Saarland University. He has gained experience through advanced seminars and practical work at institutes such as the Max Planck Institute for Informatics, DFKI and CISPA.
His focus is automation. Building on a solid grounding in robotic process automation (RPA), he now develops AI agents that replace rule-based scripts with AI-supported workflows. He works with Python, Java, SQL and Docker, and his knowledge extends to machine learning, neural networks and data analysis.
Together with his team, he won an award at a hackathon for an idea in AI automation. At Probenza, he is responsible for technical implementation and ensures that solutions fit into your existing systems.
